Speedtest validity issue: Too Few Samples
A healthy mobile hotspot should perform a speed test approximately every 12 hours. Mobile oracles expect at least two speed tests within the last 48 hours; otherwise, the hotspot will not receive PoC rewards. Note that some hotspot owners may attempt to power-cycle (reboot) the hotspot to force a speed test measurement.
